ADD-ON Services

Add-on services can be added to a regular service offering, or offered on an hourly basis, based on the duration of engagement and nature of service:

Budget Preparation: (hourly or contract)

Work with your team, past year actuals, and projected income to generate budget including accounts, departments and locations as needed. Also budget for restricted expenses (Outreach, Missions, etc)


Facilitating Audit: (hourly or contract)

Work with auditors to provide all necessary reports, statistics, processes, and backup documentation to complete a financial review, compilation or audit of the prior year.


System Conversion/Implementation: (hourly or contract)

Whether you are looking to change accounting systems, church member software, or implement additional new software/systems, we will work with the provider representative to make sure the data is safe and correct, that historical data is accessible, and that the product meets the needs of your organization.


Policies, Procedures and Best Practices: (hourly or contract)

Do you need an employee manual? A progressive discipline procedure? Or some general process controls put in place? We can provide some basics and through discussions, help to customize the documents and processes that will fit the needs of your organization and implement the controls needed to insure the assets of the organization are managed appropriately.

Human Resources: (contract)

Are you unsure how to keep up with the payroll and insurance laws, and how they pertain to your organization? Do you think a verbal offer is good enough? Are you aware of the possible complaints that can arise from inconsistent or unwritten practices? We can create offer letters, manage pay increases, facilitate 403b plans, break out housing allowances and help implement better tools for you and your employees. Additionally, we help with terminations and help insure that necessary documentation is in place.


Prior Year/s Cleanup and Reconciliations: (hourly)

If you have been without a bookkeeper, and/or trying to manage everyone on your own, you may have found yourself with month or years of an accounting mess. With our help, we can work with your old documents and bank statements to bring you up to date and back on track. Whether it is a few months or a few years, we will use what you have and what you can find, to reconcile your books, provide financial statements and relieve you of that burden.


Training and Consulting: (hourly/contract)

Do you have a new volunteer or staff member that you would like trained in best accounting practices, or getting started with payroll? Are you managing your finances, but not sure if things are in order? We can help set-up processes, forms, procedures, as well as advise on best practices for record retention (contributions, expenses, receipts, and more). Either in person or via video call, our staff can walk you through basic to complex accounting entries, as well as payroll and HR issues.
