Welcome to EU Pathway's website, EU Pathway is an independent pro-European organisation whose mission is to provide an introductory learning guide to all age groups of what the European Union (EU) is, what it does and how it works. Within this learning guide the website provides a basic introduction to the EU, a detailed account of the EU's relationship with the United Kingdom (UK), the World as a whole, in terms of its external relations, trade, security and the environment, the Liverpool City Region/Merseyside, focusing directly on the EU's impact on the region and a guide to the Euro currency and the Single Market. Also contained within this website is information concerning the debate around the proposed EU Reform Treaty (Lisbon Treaty).
